En esta obra se reseña la lucha por la educación pública, la oferta de bienestar universitario estudiantil y, en particular, las jornadas de movilización por el hospital San Juan de Dios, La Hortúa, como hospital Universitario. En octubre del 2022 se cumplieron treinta años de la primera edición de este libro.
